PLEASE NOTE: If you mount the products, the remainder of the return policy is null and void.
We cannot accept wheels or tires back if they have been mounted. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us before mounting. If you order rims without tires, we cannot return them if a tire has been mounted on the rim, even if it has not been mounted on a vehicle. They are no longer considered brand new, and we cannot accept them back as such. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.
We offer a 14 day return policy. The stipulations are the following:
- A Return Authorization (RMA) Form is requested and sent to us.
- Items are returned in original, brand new condition.
- Products are returned in original packaging with all packaging materials.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
- Buyer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The above policy applies to ALL orders where a customer decides they do not want a wheel or if the customer orders the wrong product for their vehicle.
The policy does not apply to when we make a mistake in preparing the order. Once again, if you mount the wheels, we cannot return them regardless of what the problem may be. While we try to do our best to send all of the correct wheels out in a timely manner, there are times where the wrong product gets sent out. Nobody is perfect and we will not claim to be. We will, however promise you that we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. The customer will incur no extra costs as long as we receive the product back in the same condition it was sent out. If this situation should come up, we will cover all shipping costs and arrange for pick up of the package at your doorstep to keep it as painless and convenient as possible for you.

We update inventory frequently and do our best to ensure all items listed are in-stock and available to ship. We process and ship orders from over 25 warehouses around the U.S. to ensure your order ships quickly from a warehouse that is nearest to you. Orders are processed within 1 business day and we will provide tracking as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours or less of your order being processed.

Online orders will be shipped Ground Service. We (do not) ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.
Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.
During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.
If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product.
Before returning merchandise, please fill out a Return Request (RMA) Form. This checklist must be followed to ensure safe shipment and delivery of your returned items. Package your return carefully as shown here.
- Secure the center cap underneath the wheel in the bottom of the box (if it was not previously installed).
- Cover the face of the wheel with a protective bonnet (hair net).
- Install the lip protector over the bonnet.
- Install foam over the wheel to protect it from "box burn" caused by the cardboard.
- Install the plastic bag over the packaged wheel and put the wheel face up in the box.
- Place the cardboard on the top.
- Re-tape the box with packaging tape.
The MOST important part of the packaging is to make sure there is protection between the wheel and the box. Cardboard is abrasive and WILL scuff the finish on the wheel during transit. Please double check your packing job.
It is crucial the above instructions are followed! Merchandise returned that is not in NEW, RESALABLE CONDITION, whether due to mounting, improper packaging, etc. will not be eligible for credit. In this case, you will have the option to have the merchandise returned to you at your expense, or it will be discarded by our company.
