Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING, FOR ALL ORDERS, ALL THE TIME

We do not accept international shipments, We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii either. We do not accept Freight Forwarders.

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding public Holidays) to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. FREE shipping applies to orders shipping within Continental United States. We do not ship outside of continental United States at this time (ie: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, etc). 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact or email us as soon as possible at customerservice@shopcwo.com  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
